Chitra Swamy is Head-Consulting Services of ‘The
SkillStudio’. A post graduate in Mass
Communication, she comes with over 10 years of
experience in the Customer Service Industry.
In the voice-over industry, Chitra began her
career by getting certified from Voice Master,
London. Her voice quality has tagged by others in
the industry as clear, smooth, sharp, pleasant and
soft. She is very comfortable in voice styles that
include: Warm & friendly, soft & sensuous, chirpy
and confident, professional and authoritative.
Chitra is currently a member of Indian Voiceovers,
Voiceartists.com, Voice123, Voices.com,
specializing in voice-overs in English and two
regional languages of India i.e. Hindi and
Kannada. Some of the projects she has been
involved in include e-learning projects, promos,
documentaries, animation films, audiobooks and
commercials.
In the HR and Training function, with
international certifications to her credit, Chitra
brings expertise of building corporate processes
and new business. She has successfully designed
end to end performance management systems,
leadership development programs, and various other
organization development interventions.
Her instinctive engagement with people and ability
to dissolve barriers creates a great environment
for people to be able to share their issues. She
listens and thinks carefully about what it is that
people need from each program and constantly
regulates what she is offering with that in mind.
Chitra finds Transaction Analysis (TA), Neuro
Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Emotional
Intelligence (EI) great tools for personal
