VOICING WORKSHOP
No. 22

 
 

The 22nd Voicing Workshop was conducted on last Sunday. This time we had great participants who showed their dedication and motivation to turn up on time and showing their great zeal. Mr. Jasjeet Grover, a US returned person and a V & A trainer for BPO's was the first to reach. Rohit Bahl another professional met us 3 months back and was committed to attend the workshop this time. Anshuman came from Gurgaon and had a mid base voice but lacked in delivery and pitching. We also had two fine ladies, Bindiya Rawal who had lot of experience in varied fields but had a great voice quality for promos and MVOs. The second lady was Ujwala who also worked in many fields but currently is working as an Abacus teacher. Bindiya had a good voice texture but lacked in the throw and delivery. Similarly Ujjawala  had the capability to produce grainy, sensous, husky voice at will which was very useful in recording promos and more. Jasjeet was the pick. He had a perfect narrative voice with base, authority and command. We gave him some discovery scripts which he recorded at ease. We are sure Jasjeet Grover soon would be heard all over. Anshuman from Gurgaon had a good character voice, but he needed to overcome his local accent and knowledge of some difficult Hindi Words. But we appreciate his dedication and devotion of his passion that he corrected himself and learned with attention. Rohit Bahl was the versatile personality. He works as a Emcee too and a good narrative voice quality. Ujwala was the unique and different from all in her honey laced voice quality. Her promos of women products portrayed perfect seductive, sensous quality. Her kind of voice in promos would be very impactful. Session of Voice Improvement & Techniques and the Script analysation session took much time and was great enriching for all of us. Lot of other things were also discussed in this casual workshop ( and a great lunch too) with a professional approach.
